Standard ground shipping of our rugs is free within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada may result in additional shipping costs, for any shipping questions please contact us at houseimperfected@gmail.com. If additional charges apply, we will contact you via email prior to shipping the order.
If you require overnight or expedited shipping, please contact us at houseimperfected@gmail.com.
We do not offer other international shipping at this time.
Orders placed will ship between 2 to 3 business days after purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description. If there are any delays, we will notify you immediately.
Returns and Exchanges Policy:
All sales are final, including sale items. Vintage and antique products are naturally imperfect. Imperfections in the fiber wear, coloring, abrash etc. of vintage and antique House Imperfected LLC products are not considered defective. The flaws of vintage and antique products are what makes them truly unique and one-of-a-kind. Measurement and sizing on the rugs are not always the sizing on each end or side due to the nature and handwoven technique.
Please note a vintage/antique rug may appear differently in your own home depending on interior and natural lighting available in your space. We take all of our website photos in natural daylight without any interior lights on.
